tmtplay accepts deposits via a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved channels. The following terms apply to all deposits made to your tmtplay account:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and your account verification status.
• Deposit Processing: E-wallet deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are generally processed within 15 to 30 minutes during standard banking hours, subject to the processing times of the respective financial institution.

Withdrawals from your tmtplay account are subject to the following conditions:

tmtplay offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. tmtplay reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tmtplay platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.

All content on the tmtplay platform — including but not limited to the tmtplay brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of tmtplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the tmtplay platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the tmtplay platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any tmtplay content.
• Use any tmtplay branding, trademarks, or logos for any commercial purpose.

tmtplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tmtplay account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tmtplay's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the dispute being raised, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

Nothing in this section shall prevent tmtplay from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
